Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Before: Thanks once again to ALL of you for supporting my fundraising efforts for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer! Thanks to your generosity, I reached my $1800 goal last week, and will be able to participate in the walk this weekend. We begin tomorrow morning at the Kennedy Center at 7:00 am and finish there on Sunday at 3:00.pm. There are a number of cheering stations along the route. I can email you the list, if you'd like to come see us. Otherwise, I know you are all "walking with us" already. After: We did it! And believe me, it was VERY much a WE effort!! I personally completed all 39.3 miles over the course of Sat and Sun this past weekend! You all helped me get there! And together, the 2007 Washington DC Avon Walk for Breast Cancer raised 7.4 million dollars toward the awareness and prevention of Breast Cancer!! So, to all of you survivors and supporters, thank you for a job well done!!!!!! Take care of yourselves and your loved ones! And like I said on my website, we're all in this together!
